About Me

Tom Brown

Hey There! I'm Tom Brown a Game Developer, IT guy, Software Developer, Instructor, Event Coordinator, and more. I have a great passion for making games and teaching and can't see my life without both in some capacity. I've been in the games industry since 2014 and teaching since 2017.

The games industry has been an ever evolving interactive entertainment industry in which we can send messages, tell stories, socialize in all different ways and manners. I've run teams, collaborated with different departments and love helping in all aspects of game development from Production to Design to Programming and dabbled in some awesome technology like Motion Capture and photogrammetry.

I always find it important to pass knowledge on to grow and improve the industry as a whole. Due to that, I've run workshops, Game Jams, and Game Dev Drinks in hopes of passing along that information and to have fun with it as game development is a fun industry and should be enjoyed.
